Consultation

Open Range Management, LLC is devoted to helping landowners and managers reach their goals. We meet with landowners to evaluate their property then we come up with a comprehensive plan using ecological site data, current state of the land, goals of the landowner and means of management. Our process helps landowners of properties of all sizes reach their goals timely, effectively and efficiently.

Consulting Services

 

This plan includes a property site visit, custom property maps, and a detailed written plan. The Complete Management Plan will guide you through every step of the process to reach your property’s goals. In this plan, you will not only receive detailed steps to take to manage your property to reach your goals, but you will learn about the land and the natural resources and how all of the pieces of the puzzle work together. This service includes post-plan support.

Complete Management Plans

Compound Management Plan

 

This plan includes a property site visit, with custom property maps that includes overlays with management recommendations to each area of the property. This provides a good visual of the overall property with detailed recommendations for each area. The Compound Management Plan comes with a shorter written plan, that is more of a management schedule. This provides landowners with a step-by-step guide of how to manage their property effectively and efficiently within their means. This service includes post-plan support.

On-Site Service

 

The On-site Service includes a property visit. During the property visit, we will verbally explain how to manage the property to the landowner. We will evaluate the current state, discuss goals, and explain how to reach the goals of their property. This plan is good for a landowner who is comfortable with learning about their property one-on-one, as it does not include a written plan. We will provide a map of the property with a brief overview of that was discussed. This service does not include post-plan support.

Virtual Land Management Plan

 

The Virtual Land Management Plan is a one-on-one video conference. This hour-long conference begins after we have reviewed answers to questions we’ve previously provided, and reviewed aerial satellite imagery of the property. Once we do our homework, we’ll begin the virtual conference discuss goals and guide you through the management process to reach your goals. This Virtual Land Management Plan provides landowners with technical information from a Certified Professional in Rangeland Management. With today’s technology, Virtual Management Plans allow us to reach and improve more acres. Our Virtual Land Management Plans are $650, with additional time optional at an hourly rate.
